This is of the mechanism which rolls your side windows up and down. When this item is worn, it makes it difficult or impossible to move the window. This gear and housing is installed by drilling out the old rivets, removing the worn gear and replacing it with this new gear and housing. Kit includes new rivets to complete the installation.
