I previously wrote about it being a poor product with 1 star and didn't work and inept customer service. Well I called again, spoke to Rick (or maybe Rich) and after a thorough phone call got it sorted out. Turned out I had a bad cable. He got another one out to me and as soon as I plugged it in yesterday it fired right up. Wish there were PLX wb O2 settings in the scaling when setting up the EAS but I did eventually get it.

Tuner won't recognize the EAS

I bought the starter kit to hook up my plx wb o2 sensor to my T2 so I could datalog for tune revisions. I have everything hooked up per the instructions (which are abysmal) and the tuner will not recognize it. When I tap the EAS icon it just says to go the website to add eas accessories. I have spoken to two different people with diablo customer support who each gave conflicting information, neither of which has worked. Tuner has been completely updated. It simply will not recognize the wideband or that the eas cable is even hooked up to anything. Customer service has been useless. At this point, I would not buy again.
