1. Sweepstakes Timing: Sniper 2 EFI Master Kit Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 A.M. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on October 2, 2023 and ends at 11:59 P.M. CST on December 4, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The winner will be announced on or around December 11, 2023.

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry. Employees (and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household) of Holley Performance Products Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, service agencies, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively with Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to participate or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter by going to Sponsor’s website (https://www.holley.com/) or Sponsor’s Sweepstakes webpage (https://www.holley.com/win/sniper2efigiveaway) and fully completing the requested entry information to enter and submit your entry. An eligible individual, as stated above in Section 2, can also enter the Sweepstakes by purchasing any product at Holley.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Once you submit your order on Holley.com during the Sweepstakes Period, you will be automatically entered into this Sweepstakes. However, to reiterate, no purchase is necessary to enter this Sweepstakes, and a purchase will not increase your odds of winning.
