Hundreds of Mopars have thundered through the gates of Beech Bend raceway for the first-ever Holley MoParty. The event promises the coolest Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth and even AMC-powered vehicles and will be taking place through Sunday 9/20. MoParty features tons of events tailored for Mopar enthusiasts including autocross, 3S Challenge, drag racing and more! Other events like a dyno challenge, burnout competition and show-n-shine will also take place, making this one of the wildest Mopar parties ever held. The event is open to any ride utilizing a Mopar engine, including AMC. Gas and diesel Mopar power is welcome! There are few automotive brands that can boast the drag racing resumé of Mopar. From the otherworldly success of the hemi engine, to the countless, legendary teams that have achieved Mopar-powered championships, drag racing runs deep. At MoParty 2020 there is just about every kind of drag car anyone could hope to see including a killer Hemi Super Stock and Nostalgia Super Stock field. The very first Holley MoParty kicked off with an amazing energy and an unlimited assortment of Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler and Jeep products. Enthusiasts rolled through the gate at Beech Bend Raceway Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky and got busy ripping up the strip, sliding through the autocross and polishing their Mopar machines in the show field. MoParty is off and running with healthy mix of old and new and here are 10 hot ones we spotted during Friday’s event kickoff.
MoParty 2020 has something for everyone and for those interested in cars that can grip as well as they can go, the autocross is where it's at. Tons of classic and late-model Mopar vehicles are hucking it through the cones, hanging out there tails and fighting for the low time around the track.
