Matt Graves from American Powertrain knows a thing or two about banging gears and keeping three-pedal cars alive. His latest creation, the “Chicken Coupe", is based on a 1983 Cadillac Coupe DeVille and packs a 600 horsepower LS crate engine in a very sneaky disguise. We caught up with Matt at Holley LS Fest East 2021 where he gave us a full rundown on his Holley-powered upgrades.
