1971-1974 Dodge Charger - Gen III Hemi Swap

The 3rd Generation Charger began the transition from a pure performance model to becoming more of a luxury cruiser. Despite 1971 being the last year of the Hemi and the beginning of the phase-out of Mopar's signature Hi-Impact colors, you could still option the Charger with substantial amounts of small or big-block power. However, you're not limited to what the factory offered. With our bolt-in swap systems, you can bolt in a Gen III Hemi for some modern power and efficiency.

Step 1: Engine and Transmission Mounts

Step 2: Oil Pans

  • Factory oil pans don't fit or they hang too low on engine swaps
  • Engine swap oil pans provide maximum clearance to the chassis and ground
  • OE (Original Equipment) style fitment for durability, strength, and proper sealing
  • Choose from natural aluminum casting, carbon black ceramic finish, or fabricated sheetmetal depending on the application
  • Complete kit with sump baffle, OE style pickup, drain plug, oil filter stud, and oil passage cover

Step 3: Headers and Exhaust

  • Swap Headers and Exhaust Manifolds work Together with the Motor Mounts & Crossmember for An Easy Engine Swap
